Quality Sod Installation
Firstly, we’ll flag all the sprinkler heads. Secondly, a great quality installation includes the soil. For example, nutrient organic compost makes a great base to lay the new sod. Thirdly, we’ll install the sod neatly and evenly and clean up for a seamless, new lawn. Certainly, we’ll encourage an irrigation check to ensure even water coverage. Finally, make sure you water often for two weeks to ensure the roots grow in as they should and gradually reduce watering. Your all set!
Here’s a few varieties of grass:
A great grass to choose for appearance. Also a great warm climate sod installation option.
A wide blade zoysia grass. Medium texture and is fairly shade tolerant.
A great option for full sun lawns. Drought tolerant and great for wear. A great option for lawns with kids or pets.
Tifway 419 Bermuda
An all-around good Bermuda. Tolerates high heat.
A more blue-green appearance. Can handle very small amounts of shade, primarily sun. It has a medium wear, but quick recovery.
Palmetto St Augustine
A versatile turf grass. An emerald color. Drought and cold tolerant.
Raleigh St Augustine
A popular grass for residential lawns. It has a better shade tolerance with a fairly fast growth rate. If you have slight shade this grass could be a good option.
